He helped us plan out, and then executed, the boring and installation of a 6 inch drainage pipe across our property. He consulted with myself, the owner of the adjacent property, and the impending buyer of the property to ensure the project met with everyone's needs. He managed to schedule us quickly, brought in a large crew, kept us informed as to the progress over the 3 day job, and ensured every aspect was complete, including returning the areas where digging occurred to their pre work state.
